It's Summer Wrap-up Time

Attention all Summer Reading Club Members,

The books are all logged in, the flowers are down from the wall and the certificates and final prizes are ready for pick up.

It was a really fun summer, we had a lot of great programs, a lot of fun times and you all did a lot of great reading.  I'm a little late in getting this altogether, so I've extended the time you have to come in to get your certificates and final prize.  You now have until Sept. 7th.

Keep watching for a final "slide show" of the pictures that we took throughout the summer.  I'll let you know when it's ready and posted on the Summer Reading Page.

Again, thanks for a fun summer and have a great school year!

It's hard to believe that a week from today the kids will be back in school!  Where did the summer go?  We had another great one here at the library and hope you did too.  If the new school year is here that means that the fall session of Story Times at the library is right around the corner too.

Registration
for the Preschool Story Times for children ages 3 to 5 will begin on Mon. Sept. 9th. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 10:15 - 10:45 and afternoons from 1:00 - 1:30.  The classes begin on Sept. 24th and run for ten weeks.

Mother Goose Time for babies 0-18 months will be held on Monday mornings at 10:30am and begins on Sept. 23rd.  These are drop-in sessions, no registration is required.

Toddler Time for little ones 18-36 months will be held on Thursday and Friday mornings from 10:30 to 10:50am.  These sessions begin on Oct. 3rd.  These are also drop-in sessions, no registration is required.

This week the choices are enchanting...
