SYNC Week #7

We've passed the halfway point for the SYNC series of downloadable books.  How many have you heard so far?

This week, SYNC offers two peculiar tales of boys set upon by the class (and species) wars of England in another time and another reality…

The Peculiar by Stephan Bachman

Reviled by both his human mother’s and his faery father’s cultures, changeling Bartholomew Kettle endures a life of isolation and fear before witnessing a kidnapping that enmeshes him in a sinister faery’s web of intrigue and danger.

 Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens

Orphaned at birth and abandoned to the hardships of the workhouse, Oliver Twist lives a grueling life of poverty. Desperate to escape his heartless tormenters, he runs away to London but, once there, he falls in with a gang of thieves.

These titles are available for downloading free from July 11 – July 17.  Get them here.

SYNC Week #6

There's still time to download the two offerings for week #6.  They are Carter Finally Gets It by Brent Crawford and She Stoops to Conquer by Oliver Goldsmith.

Awkward freshman Will Carter endures many painful moments during his first year of high school before realizing that nothing good comes easily, focus is everything, and the payoff is usually incredible.

Goldsmith’s eighteenth-century comedy concerns a young lady who poses as a serving girl to win the heart of a young gentleman too shy to court ladies of his own class.

These titles will be available through Wed. July 10th.  Get them here.

Happy Listening!
